Are there things in your life that are making you feel anxious, unhappy, scared or out of control?

Are you struggling to manage on a day to day basis, feeling overwhelmed, lonely or isolated?

Would it help to have dedicated time and someone independent to talk to about your problems and issues?

If so, please contact me for a free, no obligation discussion to see if counselling might be right for you.

'Growth occurs when individuals confront problems, struggle to master them, and through that struggle develop new aspects of their skills, capacities, views about life.'

ABOUT

ABOUT ME

I am a qualified therapeutic Counsellor working with young people, teenagers and adults in Private Practice and as a volunteer at a local college with Time to Talk Bucks.

My approach is integrative which means that I am able to draw on different theoretical approaches (Person Centred, CBT and Transactional Analysis) to best suit your needs.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM COUNSELLING

I offer a safe and confidential space to allow you to explore your thoughts and feelings.  I will be actively engaged and will listen to you without judging you or the choices you have made in your life.

We will work collaboratively to help you gain personal insights and understanding, clarify issues and identify goals on your journey to discover what works best for you.  I will work alongside you to help develop strategies and offer tools so that you can make positive steps and changes.

I receive regular clinical supervision to ensure that I am working in the best way to support you and your needs.
