SESSIONS & FEES

FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION

I provide a FREE initial consultation lasting approximately 20 minutes for you to find out more about what I can offer and to discuss your specific needs.  After this, you can decide if you wish to take things further.

This is ideally a face-to-face meeting but could be arranged via Zoom or WhatsApps if more suitable.

COUNSELLING SESSIONS

After your initial 'no obligation' consultation, subsequent sessions will last for 50 minutes and cost £50 each. *  

 

It is usual to have counselling sessions on a weekly basis to begin with and this can be reviewed.  Each client is different and the number of sessions required will be discussed and reviewed with you depending on your presenting issues, your goals and what you would like to work on and the pace at which you proceed.

Sessions can either be face-to-face and are held in a therapy room in Downley, High Wycombe, or online via Zoom.​

* Concessions are available for anyone facing genuine financial difficulty and cases can be discussed on an individual basis.
